Ingredients
  

Zucchini Noodles
  • 4 medium Zucchini Spiralized
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Zucchini Noodles
  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles.
Sauté Ingredients
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the spiralized zucchini and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until zucchini is tender but still al dente.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
