Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Dish
  1. Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the potatoes are tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
