Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels Cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams Cleaned
Vegetables
  • 4 medium Red potatoes Halved
  • 2 ears Corn Cut into halves
  • 1 medium Onion Quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic Crushed
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and salt to the boiling water.
  3. Add the potatoes and corn to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams to the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
Serve
  1. Drain the seafood and vegetables using a colander.
  2. Arrange the seafood and vegetables on a serving platter.
  3. Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to create the dipping sauce.
  4. Serve the seafood boil with the dipping sauce on the side.
