Ingredients
  

Kale
  • 1 bunch kale stems removed and leaves chopped
Garlic
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Salt and Pepper
  • to taste salt

Method
 

Sautéing the Kale
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and toss to coat in the oil and garlic.
  4. Sauté the kale for about 5-7 minutes until wilted and tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
