Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water about 110°F
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
Toppings
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
First Rise
  1. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape and Second Rise
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Transfer the risen dough to a greased baking sheet and stretch it to fit the pan.
  3. Dimple the surface with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
  4. Let it rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
