Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix gently until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
