Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on preferred
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
Grill the Salmon
  1. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
