Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 1 cup coarse ground coffee preferably medium roast
  • 4 cups cold water
For Serving
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup milk or cream, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Method
 

Prepare Coffee
  1. In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water. Stir well and let it steep for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator.
Strain Coffee
  1. After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into a clean container to remove the grounds.
Serve
  1. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the cold brew coffee over the ice, and add milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to taste. Stir well and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger flavor, use less water when brewing the coffee. Adjust sweetness and creaminess according to personal preference.
