Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean
  • 4 medium Potatoes Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Spread the beef mixture over the potatoes, then layer the remaining potatoes on top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
