Marinade Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before use.

Notes
