Ingredients

Meats
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 lb Pork Chops bone-in
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken, steak, and pork chops in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over the meats. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare vegetables by slicing them and placing them in a bowl.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the meats from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, and pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side.
  3. In the last 10 minutes of grilling, add the sliced vegetables to the grill and cook until tender, turning occasionally.
  4. Use a meat thermometer to ensure meats are cooked to safe temperatures: 165°F for chicken, 145°F for steak and pork.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove the meats and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve the grilled meats alongside the vegetables, and enjoy your dinner on the grill!
