Preparation

  3. In the same skillet, sauté diced onions and bell peppers in the reserved bacon fat until tender (about 5 minutes).

  5. Crumble the cooked bacon into the egg mixture along with sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese; stir gently to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
