  • 2 tablespoons olive oil optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and onion mixture and toss to coat evenly.
