- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the salted butter evenly on top.
- Fold the dough into thirds, then roll it out again; repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Cut the dough into triangles and roll them up from the base to the tip.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30-60 minutes.
