Ingredients
  

Sandwich Components
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread or any crusty bread
  • 8 oz burrata cheese fresh
  • 1 cup arugula washed and dried
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Place a generous amount of burrata cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Layer the arugula and tomato slices on top of the burrata.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before closing the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
  6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
