Prepare the Ribs
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better tenderness.
- In a bowl, mix together all the dry rub ingredients.
- Rub the dry mixture all over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cook the Ribs
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on the grill.
- Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
- After 2.5 hours, carefully unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Grill for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce every 10 minutes.
Serve
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut between the bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
