  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Add the black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the mixture.
  4. Whisk again until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
